While IoT Pixels generate the low-level sensing signals and the Network Infrastructure collects and forwards them, the actual intelligence — event detection, anomaly identification, inventory state calculation, temperature excursion alerts — happens in the platform. Purpose-built AI and ML models process data continuously, learn and adapt over time, and surface the specific insights that drive automated, responsive supply chain operations.

Every IoT Pixel transmission is encrypted and authenticated before being sent over the air. The Wiliot Physical AI platform handles decryption, authentication, access control, and smart-sensor processing — ensuring that data is secure, private, and authentic from the moment it is generated to the moment it is acted upon.

The cloud-based AI and ML models translate raw sensor signals into physical-world events: a temperature change, a product movement, an inventory discrepancy, a dwell-time threshold crossed. These models continuously learn from new data, improving detection accuracy and event recognition over time.

How Does the Wiliot Cloud Receive Information?
