Tal is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-founder of Wiliot. He founded the company in 2017 alongside Yaron Elboim and Alon Yehezkley with a vision in mind: Intelligence for every single thing. Prior, Tal worked for Conexant and Intel before co-founding his first chip company, Wilocity, which was sold to Qualcomm in 2014. Tal earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and a joint MBA from Tel Aviv University’s Coller School of Management and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Yaron is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a Co-founder of Wiliot. He founded the company in 2017 alongside Tal Tamir and Alon Yehezkley with a vision in mind: Intelligence for every single thing. Before co-founding Wiliot, he was the Vice President of Research & Development (R&D) at Wilocity with previous engineering experience at Oren Semiconductor and Intel. He earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Alon is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a Co-founder of Wiliot. He founded the company in 2017 alongside Tal Tamir and Yaron Elboim with a vision in mind: Intelligence for every single thing. As CTO, Alon oversees the company’s technology development, research, and product innovation. Prior, he served as Senior Director of Engineering at Qualcomm following the acquisition of Wilocity, where he developed engineering strategy, led the creation of new radio technologies, and identified emerging trends. Alon’s expertise also includes technical guidance, RF development, and standards compliance, and he holds 25 patents. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science in Analog and RF Microelectronics from Delft University of Technology.
Julien leads a unified organization across Wiliot’s Sales, Partners, Global Marketing, and Solutions teams to drive growth and accelerate customer outcomes. Most recently, he was CMO of Imperva, where he helped guide the company through its acquisition by Thales Group in 2023. Julien joined Imperva through the acquisition of Prevoty, a company where he was CEO and co-founder. Previously, he founded Personagraph, an Intertrust company focused on mobile user privacy. Prior, he built and led Thomson/Technicolor’s digital advertising business unit in Latin America. Julien started his career as a corporate auditor at Thomson/Technicolor. He received a Bachelor of Science from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.
Zipi is Vice President of Human Resources at Wiliot, a position she has held since the founding of the company in 2017. Prior, Zipi held Human Resources leadership roles at Wilocity and Qualcomm. She earned a Bachelor of Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Haifa.
Adi leads the Product organization at Wiliot and is responsible for setting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. He has a deep understanding of the Ambient IoT market and is passionate about creating customer-centric products that solve real-world problems and drive business growth. He is a strong advocate for a data-driven approach, using market insights and customer feedback to drive product enhancements.
Amir leads Strategy and Business Development for Wiliot. Prior, he was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Identiv IoT. He also served as the Head of NFC Business at Avery Dennison following the successful acquisition of Smartrac in March of 2020. He is a leading stakeholder for IoT, BLE, and NFC technology globally, and previously served on the NFC Forum Board, which defines standards, processes, and leads the adoption of the technology in this IoT era. Amir was recognized for the design of four value-add solutions that are key modules within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Product Stack. He has a strong passion for assisting youth in the Southern California community and frequently gives back through his organization, Gentlemen of Orange County.
David manages a team of Solutions, Customer Support, and Pre-Sales engineers who are responsible for the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful, timely deployments of Wiliot solutions. Prior, he led Project Management and Operations for the Israeli Ministry of Finance. David holds a Master of Science from Ben Gurion Ba-Negev in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Diana leads Marketing at Wiliot and has 20 years’ experience in strategic communications, crisis management, and brand transformation. Most recently, she led Marketing and Communications at Imperva, successfully establishing thought leadership and repositioning the company for an exit. She has held leadership positions at RSA Security, Oracle, and HP, where she drove significant market perception shifts and helped accelerate revenue growth. While in The Gap’s Management Training Program, she created and implemented a regional sales tool that became the basis for Old Navy’s national ‘Item of the Week’ campaign. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Boston University and serves as a Board Member on the National Diaper Bank Network.
Kurt leads Global Sales at Wiliot, where he drives revenue growth and oversees worldwide sales operations. He brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience in supply chain and logistics technology, with a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams and scaling and managing all aspects of revenue, including customer retention and subscription growth. Most recently, Kurt held leadership roles at inVia Robotics, Fetch Robotics, and Zonar Systems. Kurt has a degree in Managerial Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is actively involved in his Colorado community, where he coaches youth sports, serves as a Board Director for My One Birthday, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
Matan leads strategic customer programs and solution delivery at Wiliot, working closely with retail partners to implement supply chain and logistics solutions powered by the Wiliot Platform. He manages a cross-functional team focused on translating operational challenges into scalable deployments, currently active across hundreds of sites. He joined in 2020 as one of the first members of the cloud team, helping to build the company’s early data infrastructure and foundational models. Over time, his role evolved to span both technical and customer-facing efforts, contributing to the formation of Wiliot’s Solutions team. Prior, Matan worked as a Data Scientist and Product Analyst at Intel, and co-founded a startup focused on building a digital platform for actors and filmmakers. His academic work at Tel Aviv University’s Curiosity Lab included research in human-robot interaction, reinforcement learning, and artificial curiosity. Matan holds a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University’s Coller School of Management, completed in partnership with the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Originally from Israel, he served as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces and now lives in the United States with his family.
Nick manages key business relationships and P&L for Wiliot North America, and partners with customers to develop solutions for logistics, supply chain, asset tracking, and e-commerce applications using the Wiliot Platform and technology. Prior, he was the Director of Global New Product Implementation at Jabil, where he planned and implemented new PCBA, High Level Assembly, Burn in Board, and other electronic components into factories around the world. As Pilot Manufacturing Manager at Lam Research, he led a technical team that developed manufacturing solutions that enable the transition of alpha and beta tools from R&D to High Volume Manufacturing. Nick served in the U.S. Army as Company Commander of a Tactical Signal Company, whose mission was to provide telecommunications support anywhere in the world. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice(Forensic Investigation)/Military Science from Weber State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business.
Sagi is responsible for everything from defining IoT Tag/Network Products to their production for Wiliot, and for ensuring that Wiliot has the right suppliers, proper capacity, and planning to meet all hardware deliveries. He has more than two decades of experience in silicon development and manufacturing, including scaling new technologies from NPI to mass production. He was a part of several startup acquisitions and prior to joining Wiliot, he was the Engineering Site Manager at Qualcomm, where he oversaw all aspects of 60Ghz WiFi engineering activities for the US market. He developed the next generation of 802.11ad/ay devices using Qualcomm’s methodology and expertise in mmWave technology. Sagi holds a Bachelor of Science of Electrical and Communications Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Alex leads North America Sales at Wiliot, where he is responsible for driving revenue growth. He joins from Samsara, where he led a team responsible for selling their IoT platform for transportation, trucking, and field services companies. Prior, he was the West Coast Sales Director at Owens & Minor, one of the nation’s leading distributors of medical supplies and healthcare supply chain management services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Colorado Boulder.
An industry veteran with more than 20 years’ experience, Ohad was most recently the VP of the Digital Supply Chain Business Unit and now leads EMEA Sales. Prior, he was the CTO and IoT Business Lead for Polymer Logistics, where he brought to market IoT solutions that complemented their portfolio. As Head of Projects at Nokia-Israel, he was responsible for all projects with service providers. He has also held senior executive roles with ECI Telecom, including Head of Sales for East and South Africa, Head of Sales Support EMEA, and Associate VP of Sales Operations.
Dotan Ziv is a seasoned technology executive, serving as Vice President of Network and Data at Wiliot. With over two decades of experience spanning Wireless technologies, software systems, embedded platforms, and large-scale IoT infrastructures, Dotan plays a pivotal role in scaling Wiliot’s Ambient IoT platform on a global level.
He began his career at Texas Instruments as a firmware engineer, where he contributed to the development of the company’s early Bluetooth solutions. Over the years, he went on to lead multiple engineering groups focused on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi technologies. His tenure at TI laid a strong foundation in embedded software development, hardware integration, and wireless systems architecture.
Dotan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Tel Aviv University.
Ilan is tasked with strengthening and expanding the capabilities of the Wiliot Platform. Prior, he was Vice President of Software Development at Cybereason, and Director of Software Management at Imperva, where he oversaw platform development and software architecture. Ilan led the team at ECI Telecom that built next-generation products and the application framework for SDN Applications.
Yuval is the VP of VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) for Wiliot, where he leads and shapes the technical strategy, architecture, design, and development of integrated circuits for our IoT Pixels. He has more than 20 years’ experience, specializing in leading the full lifecycle development of complex ASIC/SoC projects from concept to production. Yuval has held a variety of roles with semiconductor companies including Intel Corporation, TangoTec Ltd., Commex Technologies, and Freescale Semiconductor. Yuval earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
A seasoned finance and contracts executive, TJ leads Sales and Business Operations for Wiliot. He oversees the systems and processes that support the Sales and Marketing functions for alignment and efficiency, and to help drive revenue growth and improved customer experiences. He was previously the VP of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Epiphan Video, where he led market research and ROI analysis of business models. He joined Beamr as VP of Sales and Operations after they acquired Vanguard Video, where he helped shape deal structures and navigated a range of legal, licensing, and business development activities. TJ holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Communication from Stanford University.
Tomer is the VP of Finance for Wiliot and is responsible for financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial strategy. Prior, he was a Financial Analyst with Mobileye, served as Controller for Hutchinson-Kinrot, and began his career with Ernst & Young. Tomer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management & Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The College of Management Academic Studies. Tomer is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Alex is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Wiliot and oversees the development and implementation of the company’s information security program. Alex has 16 years of experience in cybersecurity and has worked at IBM as well as various partner and vendor companies. He has extensive experience building security frameworks and protecting companies from the ground up. Throughout his career, he has served as both a security auditor and SOC architect. Alex has obtained multiple cybersecurity certifications and has conducted technical cybersecurity training sessions at educational centers. He has also built and led teams responsible for protecting business processes and ensuring business continuity. He earned a Specialist in Information Technology degree with a major in Computer Engineering and Networks and Systems from Kryvyi Rih Technical University in Ukraine.
