Wiliot Expands Go-to-Market Leadership Team to Accelerate Global Growth of Physical AI in Supply Chains

April 14, 2026

San Diego, CA – April 14, 2026 – Wiliot, a global leader in Physical AI for supply chains, today announced the expansion of its go-to-market (GTM) leadership team, appointing Adi Applebaum as Chief Business Officer, Kurt Nantkes as Chief Revenue Officer, and Amir Khoshniyati as Vice President of Marketing.

The appointments come as Wiliot scales to meet accelerating global demand for its Physical AI platform, which enables enterprises to sense, understand, and continuously interpret live physical signals across core supply chain workflows.

Supply chains are emerging as the first large-scale deployment environment for Physical AI, as organizations prioritize continuous visibility, automation, and real-time decision-making across increasingly complex operations. Wiliot’s platform is already deployed across the supply chains of many of the world’s largest enterprises in retail, grocery, food, QSR, post-and-parcel, and logistics.

The expanded GTM leadership team will drive global growth, support the expansion of existing customer deployments, and advance the adoption of Wiliot’s platform and core supply chain AI solutions.

“Demand for real-time, physical-world supply chain intelligence is accelerating, and our customers are scaling deployments globally while expanding into new use cases,” said Tal Tamir, Co-Founder and CEO of Wiliot. “To meet this moment, we’ve built a leadership team with deep experience across supply chain, AI, robotics, and IoT. Under Adi, Kurt, and Amir’s leadership, we have the right team in place to continue to scale globally and capture the opportunity ahead.”

Leadership to Scale the Next Phase of Growth

As Chief Business Officer, Adi Applebaum leads Wiliot’s product organization and Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) team. The FDE team works directly with customers to design, deploy, and operationalize Physical AI solutions within enterprise supply chain systems – implementing platform capabilities in production environments and accelerating time-to-ROI at scale.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Kurt Nantkes leads global sales and revenue operations, focusing on scaling enterprise adoption and expanding Wiliot’s global customer footprint. He brings more than two decades of experience in supply chain, logistics, and robotics technologies, with leadership roles at inVia Robotics, Fetch Robotics, and Zonar Systems.

As Vice President of Marketing, Amir Khoshniyati leads Wiliot’s global marketing strategy, positioning, and execution bringing to bear deep expertise across IoT, NFC, and connected technologies. Prior to Wiliot, he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Identiv IoT, and led the NFC business at Avery Dennison following its acquisition of Smartrac. A recognized industry leader, he has contributed to the advancement of connected technologies globally, including serving currently on the Board of Advisors for Auburn University’s RFID Lab and previously on the NFC Forum Board.

Accelerating Commercial Momentum

Wiliot’s GTM expansion follows a period of sustained commercial growth. Over the past 12 months, the company has onboarded transformational enterprise customers across QSR, food and beverage, and post-and-parcel, while expanding national deployments with multiple Fortune 10 organizations. Since the start of 2026 alone, Wiliot has initiated several pilots with category leaders that are now beginning to scale nationally.

Today, the Wiliot Physical AI platform operates at production scale – tracking more than 0.5 million assets daily, ingesting over 1.25 terabytes of data per day, generating 235 million events each day, and continuously applying 38 machine learning models to translate physical signals into real-time supply chain intelligence.

Wiliot’s platform is delivering measurable business outcomes across supply chains. Organizations are achieving inventory accuracy above 99% while reducing excess inventory by approximately 20%, cutting dock-to-stock cycle times from 24-48 hours to as little as 2-6 hours, and reducing receiving labor by 30-50%. Mis-shipments have been reduced by up to 90%, preventing downstream costs and disruptions.

At scale, these improvements translate into significant ROI. Enterprises are realizing – on average and depending on deployment scope – $15M in annual savings in inventory operations, $8.5M from automated receiving, and $17.5M in outbound logistics through shipment verification. Reusable asset tracking programs are delivering $10M+ in annual savings, while cold chain deployments are contributing an additional $8.5M in savings through reduced spoilage, loss, and delays.

Building the Foundation for Physical AI in Supply Chains

Wiliot’s platform creates a continuous sensing layer across the physical supply chain using battery-free IoT Pixels, capturing real-time data on location, temperature, humidity, and light. This data is processed by Wiliot’s Physical AI platform to generate actionable insights and automated workflows.

As enterprises work to align digital systems with physical-world operations, Physical AI is becoming foundational to how supply chains operate – enabling faster decisions, reduced waste, and more resilient performance.

With its expanded GTM leadership team in place, Wiliot is positioned to accelerate this transition globally.
