Wiliot Cloud
What is the Wiliot Cloud?
The Wiliot Cloud transforms raw sensory data into powerful insights and endless opportunities for application development, using machine learning-based algorithms that learn and adapt over time, so you can transform your supply chain one product at a time.
While the Wiliot IoT Pixels produce the low-level, raw sensory data, the actual sensing and analysis are performed in the Wiliot Cloud.
The cloud-based machine learning algorithm translates raw sensory information into the corresponding physical domains; for example, temperature change, and pick-up/movement. These programs are continually learning and improving over time to recognize trends, events and exceptions.
How Does the Wiliot Cloud Receive Information?
Wiliot IoT Pixels send encrypted and authenticated packets over the air while the cloud provides decryption, authentication, access control and smart-sensor processing. The Wiliot Cloud ensures that data remains secure, private and authentic, and generates actionable information in the form of subscribable insights and events applications.
Can I Use IoT Pixels Without The Wiliot Cloud?
No. The Wiliot Cloud is an integral element of the Wiliot solution. IoT Pixels and the Wiliot Cloud are tightly integrated for design, business, security, and functionality reasons. They cannot be used independently.

IoT Pixels
At the heart of the Wiliot Intelligence Platform are IoT Pixels. Low-cost, battery-free Bluetooth sensors attach to items and harvest energy from ambient radio signals to transmit data — such as location, temperature, and movement.
Network Infrastructure
Off-the-shelf bridges and gateways (hubs), which are quick to deploy, wake up nearby IoT Pixels using radio signals, receive their data, and forward it securely to the Wiliot Cloud.
