We are seeking an Account Project Manager to lead large-scale implementation and deployment programs for our strategic enterprise customer based in Bentonville, AR. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong operational discipline, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on program leadership. You will be responsible for driving successful rollouts of Wiliot’s IoT and cloud solutions across complex retail and supply chain environments.

·      3+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations in retail, supply chain, SaaS, or IoT environments.

·      Experience working directly with large enterprise customers.

·      Strong understanding of retail operations, distribution centers, supplier onboarding, and logistics processes.

·      Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.

·      Comfort engaging in discussions around IoT hardware, cloud platforms, APIs, and data integrations.

·      Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

·      Direct experience working with the nation’s largest retailers.

·      Background in IoT, connected devices, or supply chain technology.

·      PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.

·      Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
